 WOMEN’S CRAFT-A-THON – AUGUST 24-25

Join an enthusiastic group of stampers…crafters…card makers…quilters…and scrapbookers for hours of fun with dozens of friends. 

Friday, 9:00 am-9:00 pm

Saturday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm

Come-and-go, or stay as long as you like. Only $10.

(High School grads and older please.)

Help represent our church through a community outreach opportunity in downtown Bridgman, 6:00-9:00 pm, on August 31.

  1. Sign up for a shift at the WSBC table.
  2. Sign up for a one-hour shift to set up tents and trash bins before the event and/or take them down after the event.
  3. Sign up for a one-hour shift to watch kids at various games.

See what it's all about at our Open House/Registration Night on Wednesday, September 5, 7:00-8:00 pm.

AWANA Volunteers - there will be a meeting at 6:30 pm before the Open House.

Each family is encouraged to pick up a baby bottle from the lobby or fellowship hall to fill with loose change, bills or checks made out to the Pregnancy Care Center. Return full bottles to the church office by June 3.

SOUP/CHILI COOK-OFF
· Are you famous for your soup or chili? Then we need you! One winner for soup and one for chili.
· If you don’t cook, come and eat. Vote for your favorite soup or chili ($1 per vote).
· Sign up at the Welcome Center to enter the cook-off or to let us know that you are coming to eat.

SERVICE/SILENT AUCTION
· Can you do yardwork, cook, paint, sew, babysit, etc.? Then we need you to donate your service!
· We also need items for the Silent Auction.
· If you are able to donate an item or a service, please sign up at the Welcome Center.

All proceeds go toward the youth summer mission trip to Eagle Village in Hersey, Michigan. Questions to Lori Volstorf (426.1553).
