Woodland Shores Weekly Update - November 20-26

Woodland Shores Family,

Give Thanks.jpg

I am so grateful for all of you. I praise God for all He is doing in us and is yet to do through us. As we prepare the various reports, ballot, and budget information for our Congregational Business Meeting on December 3rd, I have been recounting all that has happened in the last 7 months since I received the call to serve here. I know, it's crazy to think it's been 7 blessed months! Since then, so much has happened!  Come to the upcoming meeting or grab one of our report packets (which will be available later this week) to hear more about all the good things God is doing and our exciting vision for this next year!

Audra and I are so grateful for your love, support, and generosity. We just want to say a BIG THANK YOU! From the bottom of our hearts! I especially want to thank you for your generosity that made my new tractor possible. It's beautiful. I can't wait to mow, plow, and use it year round!

Maybe you need help thinking of things to be thankful for this week. Come on out to our Community Thanksgiving Eve Celebration. It's Wednesday at 7 pm in our Sanctuary. All 5 local churches in our North American Baptist Conference are going to be participating. You won't want to miss this great time of worship and praise together.

Here's a little Scriptural Primer!

One last thing I want to let you know is that we are going to be building the unity of our church through an upcoming initiative that we can all be involved in. We're calling it Draw-Together December. The holidays are all about family and we can't think of any way to celebrate it better than Drawing Together.

Remember, above all, YOU ARE LOVED!
